  • B – 3 rounds: 15 scapular push – ups, 15 scapular pull – ups,  30” hollow hold, 30” arch hold

– 5′ stretch and mobility

– Partner WOD

3 rounds each partner
A: 30 air squat, 3x 5m front e back lunges, 3 wall climb

B: pull – ups as many as possible
